 I was introduced to Danielle by family members who told my husband and I “we have the realtor for you!” when we had announced that we would be buying our first home.  We called Danielle; she walked us through the whole process beautifully! As first time home buyers we knew nothing of the process.  Danielle gave us names and numbers of everyone we would need through out the process of buying a home. It was extremely helpful.   When looking for a home she drove us ALL over the Denver area as we were new to Colorado. She helped us narrow down the town we liked and the types of homes we liked. She never pressured us in any way but provide us with help, knowledge, and guidance.   As we were getting closer to closing on our home she told us to call day or night if we start getting nervous, over welled, or scared. She was not lying! I called her many nights when I would start to worry about the fears of buying our first home.   At closing she would explain everything as many times as I needed. Without any signs of frustration or announce. We are so gratefully to have had her on our first home! Now when I hear anyone taking about moving I always say “I have the realtor for you!”

I have only great things to say about Danielle. She was very organized and informative during every step of the home buying process. There was no pressure on her end and I could tell she just wanted the perfect house to fit my needs. It took over a month and about several offers due to my work schedule and a competitive market but she kept me up to date on new listings, open houses and any updates on houses I was interested in. Danielle was also really good about walking through houses with me and pointing out any concerns she had. It was basically like having a mini inspection on every house. She was able to answer most of my questions and if there was something she didn’t know, she would find out for me. I appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
